Warranty Policy

Ecoline, Aluline, Designer Glass, Titan Mirror and Spiegel Mirror.

The products of the different interior lines of Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE have a 5-year warranty for the equipment and its operation. This warranty is extendable by agreement up to 10 years. The useful life of these equipment is 20 years.

The warranty period begins upon customer approval, demonstration and installation by Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE.

Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE's policy is to preferably replace the complete equipment to offer greater efficiency and not delay warranty cases due to lack of spare parts. Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE has sufficient stock to quickly replace equipment. In the event of not having a quick replacement, Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE will provide you with equivalent equipment while the correct equipment is imported. With this policy we always comply with maintaining comfort in our clients' spaces.

The warranty does not include accessories for our heating equipment, such as LED lighting, spotlights, home automation or others. However, Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE offers the replacement service for said accessories, generating quoted costs at the time, if the client so wishes.

Additionally, the guarantees do not include defects due to misuse and/or manipulation of installations that were not carried out directly by Klein Home staff or have the approval of Klein Home. The warranty does not include electric shocks or short circuits caused by poor condition or poor installation of the network, supply or electrical power supply. Under misuse we mention, for example:

• Application of water.

• Damage due to dirt.

• Surface damage due to knocks and/or objects that hit.

• Application of paint or any other solvent.

The warranty also does not include natural discoloration due to the use of equipment that produces heat.

Ruby, Ruby compact, Zero, Blade, Smarts:

The products of the different outdoor lines of Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE have a guarantee of:

• 6 months for industrial use.

• 12 months for commercial use.

• 24 months for residential use.

This guarantee is extendable by commercial agreement.

The useful life of these devices is 5 years (20 years for Zero).

The useful life of the filaments in Ruby, Ruby compact, Blade and Smart is 5,000 hours of operation. Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE offers filament changes with an extra cost for replacement of material and labor.

This guarantee does not include defects due to misuse and/or manipulation that were not carried out directly by Klein Home/THE RED SQUARE personnel or have the approval of the company. The guarantee does not include electric shocks or short circuits due to poor condition or poor installation of the network, supply or electrical power supply. In the case of misuse mentioned, for example:

• Surface damage due to knocks and/or objects that hit.

• Damage due to dirt.

• Application of paint or any other solvent.

The warranty also does not include natural discoloration due to the use of equipment that produces heat.
